Refund policy


We hope you love your order — everything we make is created just for you, printed on demand to avoid waste and support thoughtful, sustainable production. Because of this, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or general preference.

However, if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

When We Can Offer a Refund or Replacement

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged
  • If the print quality is clearly defective
  • If you received the wrong item

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at iamnotabillboarduk@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. Most are processed within 3–5 business days.

Why We Can’t Accept Certain Returns

Because items are made to order and cannot be resold, we cannot offer returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Choosing the wrong size
  • Minor colour differences due to screen display
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Care mistakes

Do I Need to Return the Item?

Often, no. If the product is faulty, we may ask you to keep, donate, or recycle it instead — to reduce waste. If a return is needed, we will guide you and cover the cost if the item is faulty.

International Orders

Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery delays caused by customs are outside our control.
