Shipping Policy

All of our products are made to order — this includes both printed and embroidered items. We do not hold stock or mass-produce, which helps us reduce waste and only create what’s needed.

Processing Time

• Print Orders: 2–5 business days
• Embroidery Orders: 4–8 business days (embroidery requires additional setup and stitching time)

During busy seasonal periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times (after dispatch)

• UK: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or holiday periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available).

Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge for re-shipping.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes. These are determined by your country’s customs office.
